Zoom Zoom Zoom, it's here and I’ve embraced working as an online therapist. I’m late on the digital market and I’m learning how to run zoom workshops from my clown teacher who’s in his 70s and my favourite shaman Leo’s who’s in his 80s.
Until Covid-19 called for closed doors, I wasn’t keen on transferring to online therapy. I enjoyed the physical connection, albeit from separate chairs. I was forced to go online and it works well. As does online learning. I’ve run a couple of workshops and attended some excellent clown and shamanic workshops. I’m such a fidget due to neck issues so zoom suits me perfectly.
I’ve started doing yoga online with my daughter Echo and I love it, I arrive on her screen early in the morning with a cup of tea wearing my PJs. Both of my daughters have immersed themselves in online work and are thriving. Niobe’s website.
